My approach
Understand, clarify, then make it stick.
I start by understanding what you actually need, then get clear on what has to change. Everything we agree is SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed.
Change only happens when you’re willing to let go of the old way of thinking and working and genuinely adopt a new one. So I stay with you while you implement it, and I make sure you understand how it was done, why it worked, and how to do it again without me.

I'll bring the training to you.
Can you honestly say your whole team is on the same page? Does everyone have the expertise to lift the business? Perhaps you’ve been on one of my courses yourself, have the knowledge, and just can’t get it across to the team.
You can now book me to come to your business and deliver any one of my four courses to everyone at once. The minimum is ten people – and plenty of garages team up with a neighbouring business to make the numbers.
It’s a chance to bring everyone together and rebuild the business as a unit.
